§ 4403. Registration.
(a)The trustees of every employee welfare fund\nshall register such fund with the superintendent within three months of\ncommencing to do business in this state. Such registration shall be in\nsuch form and shall contain such information relating to the\norganization, operations and affairs of such fund as may be prescribed\nby the superintendent.\n (b) If it is found that the conditions that originally required\nregistration with the superintendent have ceased to exist and that new\nconditions exist that would not require the registration of an employee\nwelfare fund with the superintendent, then the superintendent may, on\napplication of the trustees or on the superintendent's own motion,\ncancel the registration of such fund.\n
