§ 3444. Flood insurance notice. 1. Insurers shall provide to their\nhomeowners and dwelling fire personal lines insureds an annual notice\nprescribed or approved by the superintendent, explaining clearly and in\nplain language that:
(a)such policies do not provide coverage for loss\ncaused by mudslide or flood; and (b) insurance is available under\nseparate policies issued in accordance with the National Flood Insurance\nProgram, 42 U.S.C. § 4001 et seq., including information regarding flood\ninsurance eligibility and access.\n 2. The policyholder notice required by this section shall accompany\nall new homeowners and dwelling fire personal lines policies and all\nrenewal homeowners and dwelling fire policies.\n
