§ 3434. Motor vehicle insurance policies; disabled persons;\nprohibitions against cancelling, refusing to issue or renew policies.\nInsurers shall be prohibited from cancelling or refusing to issue or\nrenew a motor vehicle insurance policy to any person with a disability,\nas defined in subdivision twenty-one of section two hundred ninety-two\nof the executive law, unless based on sound underwriting and actuarial\nprinciples reasonably related to actual or anticipated loss experience.\n
