§ 3432. Immunity; reports to certain public officials and to\ndesignated organizations.

(a)In the absence of fraud or bad faith,\nthere shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of\nany nature shall arise against, an insurer or a hospital or any person\nacting on their behalf, with respect to obligations and duties performed\npursuant to the sections referred to in subsection (b) hereof.\n (b) The immunity shall apply to:\n (1) reports and statements, made in good faith, to the commissioner of\nmotor vehicles required by subsection (l) of section three thousand four\nhundred eleven of this article;\n (2) information, reports, notification and assistance in\ninvestigations, made in the absence of fraud or bad faith, pursuant to\nsection three thousand four hundred t
