§ 3414. Reports by insurers of certain casualty loss on property owned\nor operated by religious organizations.

(a)Insurers shall report all\nclaims in excess of two hundred fifty dollars filed for casualty losses\nresulting from desecration, vandalism and theft of religious articles\nsustained by a "Religious Corporations Law corporation", "incorporated\nchurch" or "unincorporated church", as such terms are defined in section\ntwo of the religious corporations law, to the division of criminal\njustice services for a period of twelve months commencing with the\neffective date of the rules and regulations required to be promulgated\npursuant to subsection (b) of this section.\n (b) Such division shall promulgate rules and regulations within ninety\ndays of the effective date of this sec
