§ 2809. Severability. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause,\nphrase, or any part of this article is declared invalid due to an\ninterpretation of or a future change in the federal Fair Credit\nReporting Act or is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to\nbe invalid, such judgment, interpretation or change shall not affect,\nimpair or invalidate the remainder thereof and the remaining sections,\nparagraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases, or parts thereof shall be in no\nmanner affected thereby but shall remain in full force and effect.\n
