§ 2336-a. Snowmobile liability insurance rates; premium reductions in\ncertain cases. Any schedule of rates or rating plan for snowmobile\nliability insurance submitted to the superintendent may provide for an\nactuarially appropriate reduction in premium charges for any insured who\nhas successfully completed a snowmobile safety course which has been\napproved by the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic\npreservation.\n
