§ 2208. Misleading statements. Every person who has been certified\npursuant to the provisions of this article shall be subject to sections\ntwo thousand one hundred twenty-two, two thousand one hundred\ntwenty-three and two thousand one hundred twenty-seven of this chapter.\n
