§ 214. Report on insurance agent licensing examinations. The\nsuperintendent shall perform a study of the insurance agent licensure\nexaminations required pursuant to section two thousand one hundred three\nof this chapter. The study shall, at a minimum, include the total number\nof examinees, the passing rate of all examinees, and the mean scores on\nthe examination. Additionally, the study shall examine the correlation\nbetween these statistics and the applicants' native language, level of\neducation, gender, race and ethnicity. The study shall be completed by\nMarch fifteenth, two thousand twelve, and annually thereafter.\n
