§ 2135. Administration of certain functions. The superintendent may\ndesignate the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) or\nany affiliates or subsidiaries that the NAIC oversees to perform\nministerial functions, including the collection of fees, related to\nproducer licensing under this article that the superintendent may deem\nappropriate.\n
