§ 1718 — Expenses for group-wide supervision

§ 1718. Expenses for group-wide supervision. A parent corporation\nshall be liable for and shall pay the reasonable expenses of the\nsuperintendent's participation in the administration of group-wide\nsupervision of internationally active insurance groups, including the\nengagement of attorneys, actuaries, and any other professionals and all\nreasonable travel expenses.\n
