§ 1707. Regulations to restrict pyramiding. The superintendent may\nadopt regulations designed to prevent an insurer from pyramiding\nsubsidiaries to a degree that, in the judgment of the superintendent,\nwould be materially adverse to the interests of policyholders,\nsubscribers or the people of this state.\n
