§ 151. Qualifications of voters. No person shall vote at the election\nprovided for in section one hundred fifty of this article unless such\nperson is at least eighteen years of age; has been actually residing on\nthe reservation for six months immediately preceding such election; and\nis certified as a blood right member of the Poospatuck Indian nation by\nthe tribal council of such nation in accordance with the tribal rules,\ncustoms and regulations of the Poospatuck Indian nation.\n
