§ 343-i. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Joe DiMaggio Highway". Notwithstanding any other provision of law to\nthe contrary, all that portion of the state highway system in the county\nof New York which is identified and known as the West Side Highway, the\nMiller Highway or state route 9-A, running from Battery Place to West\nSeventy-second Street, shall be designated and known as the "Joe\nDiMaggio Highway."\n
