  * § 343-aa. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the\n"Officer Thomas M. Lindsey Memorial Highway". That portion of state\nroute five-a from its intersection with Whitesboro street at the\nwesterly Utica city line in Oneida county, thence running easterly to\nwhere state route five-a becomes state route five-s on Oriskany street,\nthence running generally easterly along state route five-s to its\nintersection with Broad street, shall be designated and known as the\n"Officer Thomas M.
