§ 155. Application for service of prisoners. After satisfying himself\nthat proper quarters can be secured, the town superintendent may, with\nthe consent of the town board, request the supervisor of the town under\nthe provisions of section ninety-three of the county law, to procure the\nservices of prisoners serving sentence in the county jail, for general\nwork upon the public highways of the town.\n
