§ 133-A — Rental or hiring of county highway machinery, tools or equipment
§ 133-a. Rental or hiring of county highway machinery, tools or\nequipment. The board of supervisors or county legislature of any county\nmay, on the recommendation of the county superintendent of highways,\npermit the use of any county-owned street or highway machinery, tools or\nequipment, by any municipal corporation, political subdivision,\ndistrict, district corporation or school district located within the\nstate, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the\nparties involved. Moneys received by a county pursuant to the\nprovisions of this section shall be paid into the county road machinery\nfund.\n
