§ 104-a. Designating as restricted highways under construction or\nreconstruction. The commissioner of transportation shall have the power\nto designate any highway under construction or reconstruction under the\nsupervision of the commissioner of transportation, the county\nsuperintendent of highways of a street, highway or road under\nconstruction or reconstruction under his supervision, and the town\nsuperintendent of highways of a street, highway or road under\nconstruction or reconstruction under the supervision of the town\nsuperintendent, as a restricted highway, maintaining traffic thereon,\nsubject to the provisions of article thirty-seven of the vehicle and\ntraffic law.\n
