§ 3-102. Obligations of certain minors for hospital, medical and\nsurgical treatment and care.

1.An obligation incurred by a married\nminor for hospital, medical and surgical treatment and care for such\nminor or such minor's children shall not be voidable because of\nminority. For the purpose of this section only, subsequent judgment of\ndivorce or annulment shall not alter the obligation previously incurred.\n
