§ 990-b. Definitions. As used in this article:\n (a) "Municipal theme district" shall mean a geographic area designated\nby a county, city, town or village, pursuant to section nine hundred\nninety-d of this article, to be a theme district for the purpose of\npromoting, advancing or coordinating an approved theme pursuant to\nsection nine hundred ninety-c of this article.\n (b) "Theme district board" shall mean the board of directors of the\ntheme district, appointed by the county, city, town or village\nestablishing the district, and responsible for the administration and\noperation of the district.\n
