§ 793. Separability. If any title, section, subdivision, paragraph or\nother part of this article shall be adjudged invalid by any court of\ncompetent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate the remainder\nthereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the part directly\ninvolved in the controversy wherein such judgment shall have been\nrendered.\n
