§ 668. Schenectady urban renewal agency. An urban renewal agency, to\nbe known as the Schenectady urban renewal agency, is hereby established\nfor the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes specified in\narticles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter and in accordance with\narticle eighteen of the constitution of the state of New York. It shall\nconstitute a body corporate and politic and be perpetual in duration and\nconsist of the members of the city council and mayor who shall be\nchairman. The mayor shall be its administrative head and executive\nsecretary. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter\nconferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter upon municipal urban\nrenewal agencies. It shall be organized in the manner prescribed by and\nbe subject to the provisions
