§ 659 — Village of Elmira Heights urban renewal agency

§ 659. Village of Elmira Heights urban renewal agency. An urban\nrenewal agency, to be known as the village of Elmira Heights urban\nrenewal agency, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or\nall of the purposes specified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this\nchapter and in accordance with article eighteen of the constitution of\nthe state of New York. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic,\nand be perpetual in duration. It shall have the powers and duties now\nor hereafter conferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter upon\nmunicipal renewal agencies. It shall be organized in the manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of article fifteen-A of\nthis chapter and the agency, its members, officers and employees and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of such article.\n
