§ 639 — City of Buffalo urban renewal agency

§ 639. City of Buffalo urban renewal agency. An urban renewal agency,\nto be known as the city of Buffalo urban renewal agency, is hereby\nestablished for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter and in\naccordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state of New\nYork. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and be perpetual\nin duration and it shall be composed of the mayor of the city of Buffalo\nand eight other members, of whom one shall be the president of the\ncommon council of the city of Buffalo, one shall be the chairman of the\nurban renewal committee of the common council of the city of Buffalo,\none shall be the minority leader of the common council of the city of\nBuffalo, one shall b
