§ 625 — Village of Fairport urban renewal agency

§ 625. Village of Fairport urban renewal agency. An urban renewal\nagency, to be known as the village of Fairport urban renewal agency, is\nhereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter and in\naccordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state of New\nYork. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and be perpetual\nin duration. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter\nconferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter upon municipal renewal\nagencies. It shall be organized in the manner prescribed by and be\nsubject to the provisions of article fifteen-a of this chapter and the\nagency, its members, officers and employees and its operations and\nactivities shall in all respects be governed by the provisions of such\narticle.\n
