§ 484. Control and supervision; suspension of licenses; inspection of\npremises.
1.The governing body of any municipality issuing any license\nunder this article shall have and exercise rigid control and close\nsupervision over all games of bingo conducted under such license, to the\nend that the same are fairly conducted in accordance with the provisions\nof such license, the provisions of the rules and regulations promulgated\nby the control commission and the provisions of this article and such\ngoverning body and the control commission shall have the power and the\nauthority to suspend any license issued by such governing body and to\nrevoke the same, and, additionally, in the case of an authorized\ncommercial lessor, to impose a fine in an amount not exceeding one\nthousand dollars
