§ 403-a. Future acquisition or construction of undertakings by towns\nprohibited. Any provision of this article to the contrary\nnotwithstanding, no town, on and after the effective date of this\nsection, shall have the power to acquire or construct any undertaking\npursuant to the provisions of this article.\n
