§ 386. Judicial enforcement. Any order or subpoena or any final\ndecision or determination rendered by the bureau shall be subject to\nenforcement by the judiciary in an action or proceeding commenced in a\ncourt of competent jurisdiction by the prevailing party including the\nmunicipality.\n
