§ 239-s. New York city commission on human rights. Nothing in this\narticle shall be deemed to limit or reduce the powers of the New York\ncity commission on human rights, and with respect to such powers, the\njurisdiction of the New York city commission on human rights in relation\nto matters within the city of New York shall be deemed to be concurrent\nwith the jurisdiction of the New York state division of human rights.\n
