§ 204-f. Plan for hazardous materials incidents response. In\naccordance with rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to\nsubdivision eight of section two hundred nine-e of this chapter, the\ngoverning body of a county, except a county wholly contained within a\ncity, and the governing body of a city in which a county is wholly\ncontained shall develop a plan for fire service response to hazardous\nmaterials incidents. Such plan shall be submitted to the office of fire\nprevention and control for approval. No plan shall be approved unless it\nprovides for the coordination of fire service resources consistent with\nguidelines established by the office.\n
