§ 119-S-1 — Provision of mass transportation, in the county of Tompkins

§ 119-s-1. Provision of mass transportation, in the county of\nTompkins.

1.Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,\nthe county of Tompkins, the city of Ithaca and Cornell University may\njointly provide for mass transportation services in the county of\nTompkins.\n 2. In addition to the power to apply for, accept and expend financial\nassistance individually or jointly, as provided pursuant to section one\nhundred nineteen-s of this article, the county of Tompkins and city of\nIthaca shall have the power to apply for, accept and expend financial\nassistance jointly with Cornell University.\n 3. The powers granted by this section shall be in addition to and not\nin substitution of any other powers granted to the county of Tompkins,\nthe city of Ithaca and Cornell Un
