§ 18-d. Duty of street vendors to keep the sidewalk and street clean.\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, any city which has a local\nlaw or ordinance in relation to responsibility for maintenance of\nsidewalk and street cleanliness shall apply such law or ordinance or\nprovisions similar thereto to any licensed or unlicensed street vendor\nusing areas of sidewalks and streets subject to such law or ordinance.\n
