§ 13-h. Moneys for maintaining statewide associations of local\nofficials and any of their activities. The common council of any city is\nhereby authorized to appropriate and expend annually a sum to meet its\nproportionate share of the actual and necessary expenses of maintaining\nand continuing any state-wide, non-profit association of local officials\nwhose activities are designed to improve local administration in this\nstate.\n
