§ 44-A — Seal on written instrument

§ 44-a. Seal on written instrument. Except as otherwise expressly\nprovided by statute, the presence or absence of a seal upon a written\ninstrument executed after August thirty-first, nineteen hundred\nforty-one shall be without legal effect.\n
