§ 41-a. Recital in record of meeting as evidence. A recital in any\norder, resolution or other record of any proceeding of a meeting\nreferred to in section forty-one of this chapter that such meeting had\nbeen held or adjourned as provided in said section, or that it had been\nheld upon notice to the members, as therein provided, is prima facie\nevidence thereof.\n
