§ 149. Disposition of revenues*. All revenues resulting from the\nimposition of the taxes under this title shall be paid into the treasury\nof the city and shall be credited to and deposited in the general fund\nof the city, but no part of such revenues may be expended unless\nappropriated in the annual budget of the city.\n * Does not conform to section heading in schedule.\n
