§ 916. Notice. In accordance with any applicable federal law or rule,\nevery peer-to-peer car sharing program shall display the following\nnotice prominently and in a clear and conspicuous location on its\nwebsite, with lettering that is legible: "NOTICE: New York State Law\nprohibits the following practices by peer-to-peer car sharing program\nadministrators based upon race, color, ethnic origin, religion,\ndisability, sex, marital status, residence or geographic location,\nincome, sexual orientation, genetic predisposition or age:

(1)refusal\nto allow participation in a peer-to-peer car sharing program; and (2)\nthe imposition of any additional charge (except in certain instances\nwhere the shared vehicle driver is under the age of 25). In addition, it\nis unlawful for any peer-to-pee
