§ 86. Reward may be presumed. In any prosecution under this article\nany person, firm, limited liability company, partnership or corporation\nwho performs or commits any of the acts set forth in sections seventy\nand seventy-one of this article shall be presumed to do so for a fee,\ncompensation, valuable consideration or reward.\n
