§ 814 — Arbitration

§ 814. Arbitration. A cause of action to enforce the provisions of\nthis article may be commenced in any court having jurisdiction over such\naction or may be resolved through arbitration pursuant to arbitration\nstandards recognized by the American Arbitration Association. Every\narbitration conducted pursuant to this article shall be conducted in\nthis state.\n
