§ 801 — Judicial review

§ 801. Judicial review. The action of the secretary pursuant to a\nhearing in refusing to grant or to renew a certificate of registration\nor a temporary certificate of registration, in revoking or suspending\nsuch registration or imposing a civil penalty, shall be subject to\nreview by the supreme court in the manner provided in article\nseventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.\n
