* § 778-ccc. Deceptive acts and practices. Any person in this state\nwho enters into or causes a consumer to enter into an unfair real estate\nservice agreement shall be considered to have violated section three\nhundred forty-nine of this chapter.\n * NB Effective March 12, 2026\n
