§ 750-uu. Small pet cemetery exclusion. Any pet cemetery which buries\nless than five animals a year, makes no representation that the pet\ngraves will be cared for or that the land is dedicated, and does not\ncharge a maintenance fee for the care of the pet graves shall be exempt\nfrom the provisions of sections seven hundred fifty-n, seven hundred\nfifty-p and seven hundred fifty-r of this article.\n
