§ 750-h. Denial of license application and suspension and revocation\nof licenses.

1.An application for a license under this article may be\ndenied or a license to engage in the business of operating a pet\ncemetery or pet crematorium may be suspended or revoked, by the\nsecretary of state, for any one or more of the following causes:\n (a) Fraud or bribery in securing a license;\n (b) The making of any false statement as to a material matter in any\napplication or other statement or certificate required by or pursuant to\nthis article;\n (c) Incompetency in the operation of a pet cemetery or pet\ncrematorium;\n (d) Failure to display the license as provided in this article;\n (e) Violation of any provision of this article, or of any rule or\nregulation adopted hereunder;\n (f) C
