§ 741. Deceptive acts prohibited. It is hereby declared to be a\ndeceptive trade practice and unlawful for an automobile broker business\nto misrepresent directly or indirectly in its advertising, promotional\nmaterials, sales presentation, or in any manner:\n 1. The nature of the services to be performed;\n 2. The time within which the services will be performed;\n 3. The cost of the services to be performed; and\n 4. The ability of the automobile broker business to perform the\nservices.\n
