§ 629. Violations.
1.Any seller or his assignees who violate any\nprovision of this article, or who shall counsel, aid or abet such\nviolation shall be liable for a civil fine of not more than twenty-five\nhundred dollars for each violation. The provisions of this article are\nnot exclusive and do not relieve the seller or his assignees or the\ncontracts subject to this article from compliance with all other\napplicable provisions of law.\n 2. In addition to the provisions of subdivision one of this section,\nany seller or his assignees who violate section six hundred twenty-two-a\nof this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
