§ 588. Appeal from denial or revocation of license. Any applicant for\na license who is aggrieved by the denial or revocation of a license may\napply to the supreme court in the judicial district in which the place\nof the proposed sale is located for a review of such denial or\nrevocation by a proceeding under article seventy-eight of the civil\npractice law and rules. Such proceeding shall be instituted within\nthirty days of the date of the receipt of such denial or revocation.\n
