§ 572. Registration required. No trading stamp company shall advertise\nor distribute trading stamps issued in this state unless it shall have\nfiled with the secretary of state a statement of registration\naccompanied by representative samples of its stamps, stamp collection\nbooks, stamp redemption catalogues and stamp distribution and redemption\nagreement forms, currently used in this state. Such statement of\nregistration shall be filed for a one year period commencing on July\nfirst, nineteen hundred seventy-one and annually thereafter on or before\nJuly first of each year; provided however, that any trading stamp\ncompany advertising or distributing such trading stamps for the first\ntime subsequent to July first, nineteen hundred seventy-one shall file\nits initial statement of r
