§ 502. Standards of flammability. Any product, fabric or related\nmaterial shall be deemed so highly flammable within the meaning of\nsection five hundred one of this article, when it fails to conform to a\nstandard or regulation promulgated by the commissioner, and to an\napplicable standard or regulation issued or amended under the provisions\nof section four of the federal "Flammable Fabric Act" as promulgated by\nthe Federal consumer product safety commission.\n
