§ 392-j. Sales of sparkling devices.
1.Sales of sparkling devices as\ndefined in subparagraph (vi) of paragraph (a) of subdivision one of\nsection 270.00 of the penal law shall be lawful only for business\nregistered by the state under section one hundred fifty-six-h of the\nexecutive law between June first and July fifth or from December twenty-\nsixth through January second of each year.\n 2. Failure to comply with this section shall be deemed an offense as\ndefined in subdivision two of section 270.00 of the penal law.\n
