§ 351-a. Exhibiting quotations; penalty for violation. Any person,\nfirm, copartnership, association or corporation receiving,\ncommunicating, exhibiting or displaying in any manner any statement of\nquotations of prices of any such securities or commodities with an\nintent to make or offer to make or to assist in making or offering to\nmake any contract prohibited in this article shall be guilty of a felony\nand on conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in the preceding\nsection.\n
